The homeowner had contacted us with concerns of their flooring being loose and soft, when we went into the crawl we saw the floors had been rotted and covered in mold. An encapsulated crawlspace with a sump pump and dehumidifier will make sure that issues like these will not happen again. 

This attic was originally insulated with rolled insulation which tends to compress after some time. Blown insulation helps fill in those hard to reach places and maintains its blown in R-value. This customer is satisfied with their now properly insulated home.
