☎️ Your Role: The First Impression That Matters

As our Appointment Center Rep, you are the voice of our company—the first person homeowners connect with when they’re looking for help.

You’re not just booking appointments.
You’re listening, guiding, and building trust from the very first call.

What you’ll do:

  • Answer inbound calls with energy, empathy, and professionalism
  • Help homeowners feel heard, understood, and taken care of
  • Schedule appointments for our sales team from inbound and outbound leads
  • Follow up with homeowners who have already received proposals
  • Make 50+ outbound calls daily to warm, pre-qualified leads (no cold calling!)
  • Keep things organized and flowing smoothly across departments

  • Strong phone presence and communication skills
  • Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls (50–100/day)
  • Solid computer skills
  • Good understanding of SC/NC geography
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
