Our Overall Service
We had our attic work done in January 2024. All of the old insulation was removed, leaks sealed, and new insulation installed. Ever since, we get monthly reports from Dominion Energy showing how much less the energy costs of our house are compared to similar size houses in our area. This month our report showed that our bill was $79 less than nearby efficient homes. The long-term impact of doing the attic work has paid off. We did get a new hot water heater since the attic work which I am sure is more energy efficient, but regardless, the attic work has been worthwhile.
